Jamie Colby

Colby has been working for Fox News since July 2003 as National News Correspondent and Anchor. Prior to becoming a part of FOX News Channel, Colby worked as a correspondent at CNN and worked as anchor and reporter for CBS News and as anchor fill-in for CBS's Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby holds a law degree in law from the University California and legally licensed in New York, California Florida, as well as District of Columbia. She received awards such as the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002 for reporting on the terrorist attacks of September 11, The Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000, and the Clarion Award for Women in Communications. In addition, she was named TV Week's "Rising News Stars to Keep an Eye On". Aside from her journalism career, Colby, an attorney was in private practice for ten years. The law firm was founded by Colby when she was a Hollywood production firm assigned her to The Tonight Show. Colby worked alongside Johnny Carson at the age of 22 throughout his contract renewal and divorce from NBC. In January 2015, Colby has served as anchor and reporter for the Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance, which covers quirky or unforeseen legacy assets left by family members or friends Jamie Jamie Jamie
